What the content is – and isn't

Verdicts, target prices and guides are our own editorial judgements. They are general consumer information, not financial or investment advice. LEGO sets can lose value as well as gain it, and past price trends are no guarantee of future ones.

Store prices, stock and offers change often. We try to keep them current but cannot guarantee they are still right when you click. The store's price and terms always apply to your purchase, which is made directly with the store – Brick Verdict is not a party to it.

Market data from BrickLink

Set pages may show a market panel with prices from the BrickLink price guide: average, lowest and highest price and quantity sold over the last six months, plus current stock for sale, for new and used copies. How it works:

• Source: the data is fetched through BrickLink's official API and shown with its source and fetch time. We only store aggregate figures per set and day – no individual listings, sellers or buyers.
• Freshness: we never show figures older than 24 hours. Older data is hidden until it has been fetched again. The history behind the trend chart is kept for at most two years.
• Currency and VAT: prices are shown in Swedish kronor. If BrickLink answers in another currency we convert at the ECB reference rate and show the rate. Prices include VAT where the seller charges it and cover stores in the EU unless stated otherwise.
• Not an offer: the figures describe the market. They are not an offer from us or BrickLink, and an actual seller's price may differ, for example because of shipping and condition.
• Separate from the verdict: market data is shown as evidence next to our editorial verdict. It never changes the verdict automatically.
• Reuse: BrickLink data is covered by BrickLink's API terms. You may not copy, scrape or redistribute market data from Brick Verdict. If you want to use it, go to BrickLink.

Brick Verdict Index

The index of Swedish BrickLink stores is based on BrickLink's public store directory and our own reviews. A ranking or badge is a snapshot, not a guarantee of any store's service. Stores that think something is wrong can email us and we will correct it.

Suggestions and messages you send

When you suggest a store or email us, the content must be true, lawful and not infringe anyone else's rights. We may use suggestions to improve the site but are not obliged to publish them. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Copyright and trademarks

Text, images, charts and videos on Brick Verdict are protected by copyright and belong to Daniel Nordahl unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote and link with clear attribution, but not to copy whole pages or scrape content without permission.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site. BrickLink is a trademark of BrickLink, Inc. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Links to other sites

We link to stores, BrickLink, YouTube and other sites. We are not responsible for their content, terms or how they process your data.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by errors in prices, stock, market data or verdicts, or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are heard by the Swedish courts, without limiting the protection you have as a consumer in your own EU country.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
